Over the years, he has worked in various roles, from managing large-scale retirement communities to founding and running successful landscape companies like Signature Landscapes in Reno, NV. His expertise spans everything from irrigation and pest management to high-end residential and commercial landscape design.

While Rick's easygoing nature makes him approachable, his credentials are second to none. He has received numerous awards and recognitions, including 11 State Awards for Omega Landscape Solutions. Rick served as the President of the Nevada Landscape Association for three terms and held multiple certifications and licenses. He was also instrumental in working with the State Contractors Board to rewrite the C-10 definitions for the State of Nevada, earning Congressional recognition on three occasions.

Community Involvement

Rick is deeply committed to his community. He has served on the City of Reno Urban Forestry Commission, the Nevada Landscape Association's Board of Directors, and various other local organizations. His involvement extends to sponsoring initiatives like the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the Susan B. Komen Foundation.
